Thirty-one already!? Seriously though, where has the year gone? Thirty was a big milestone for me. At the beginning of the year I told the universe that I was ready for change, and that I would allow myself to be more open to vulnerability. Well, change definitely happened.
I have struggled with anxiety for quite some time. I used to hide my anxiety symptoms because I thought that I would be perceived as being weak. I was always known as the the strong one, and people would always come to me to vent or to get advice. I was also the one trusted to stay level headed in the event of an emergency situation.
